Overview: The System has been re-initialized, and the entire world has been thrown into chaos because of it. The entire justice system for supers has been thrown on its head, while some supers have had their powers limited, or augmented. Those who did not have powers before now have a path to power through the mysterious System that has put numbers and values on everything. And, in the middle of it all, are the System Administrators for Earth, Iceblade, and his sister, Web Mistress.
Together, the brother and sister duo are now looking to test the limits of their abilities, both those they already had, and their new abilities as System Administrators. And what better way to test the waters than to go on a world tour of crime and villainy? And, well, if Iceblade gets to sample some foreign women along the way, that’s just icing on the cake, right?

An apocalyptic event happens in a world of superheroes, like you would see in the comic books. What happens when the world changes, and heroes and villains are now bound by a System that limits their powers? What will change, and what will remain the same?
This story will incorporate Champions/HERO System 5th Edition rules. There will be dice rolls determining the action, and blue boxes with lots of crunchy numbers. If you’re not down for that, there are plenty of other stories on this site that you’ll like.
