Overview: There really isn’t a lot to say at the moment, but I’ll try to mention a few things. First, the warnings about what kind of a book it is? Please read those. Because it’s kind of sad to see people complaining about a book containing Harem and Violence and adult situations when it says right in the blurb that those things are in the story.

0.5 Shadow at College- Every story has to start somewhere. This short story is the beginning of Shadow’s. It tells of the events that lead Sean to meeting his mentor, the man who trained Sean to be a better fighter and gave him a rigid code and set of ethics to live by. Who taught Sean that the gift he had been given was meant to be used. Whose teachings brought Sean a sense of peace and acceptance, being the first person to whom Sean had ever told the truth about him and his past.
This short story takes place before Sean became Shadow, back when he was known more simply as ‘The Jersey Devil’, a mysterious killer who left no clues and was never caught.
1. Shadow – Sean’s spent the last sixteen years of his life using his powers in a never-ending quest of exacting vengeance while saving the lives of innocent victims. The problem however, is that’s all Sean has been doing. Forced to hide who and what he is from the world, Sean’s life has become a fairly meaningless existence.
But after an unexpected weekend with a rather willing woman, Sean suddenly realizes that there’s a lot more to life than an endless stream of criminals and vengeance. It’s time to let someone else punish the guilty.
It’s time to start enjoying life.
