It helps you learn new songs by showing sheet music suggestions for recorded audio and provides you with the functionality to change the audio speed and slow down recorded music ("slow motion audio").
This music note recognizer works with tone detection and frequency analysis (like FFT Fast Fourier Transformation for example) and is perfect for musicians (especially for vocalists and guitarists or pianists). The note analyzer listens to your music, analyzes your tone, and turns your music back into an alternative score. You can use it to detect the notes of your songs (note identification, the application helps you create a transcription), validate the tone of your voice, sing into the microphone and use it as a vocal coach or to transcribe your songs while playing on your guitar (or the instrument you are playing). And of course you can also use the note recognition app as a simple audio / voice recorder.
This note detector will not extract 100% of the notes played, but depending on the quality of the signal, the note recognition algorithm will do a good job and suggest useful scores. Because the detector cannot separate multiple instruments you will get the best results if you only play one instrument simultaneously or record your voice without background music. In addition, you must place your phone in front of your instrument, your voice, or your speakers to improve detection quality.
Note that the note detection algorithm performs intense mathematical calculations and it will take you a while to analyze your recorded audio.

Chord recognition

This application will not detect 100% of the notes played and there will also be incorrect detections. But depending on the quality of the input signal, it will give you useful suggestions!
The audio speed change functionality provides two music speed factors: 2x and 4x (as slow as normal). If you use this functionality, the note recognition app will increase the music score to make it easier for you. In general, it is recommended to change the speed of the music if you want to analyze very fast songs because the score becomes unreadable. Also, by changing the speed of your audio recording, you can easily identify very fast notes.
Do you have poor note detection results sometimes? Try opening the settings and adjusting the level of detail at which it will detect notes and convert music into notes.
Musical note recognition was tested with guitar, piano, and vocals, but should work with all instruments as long as you play notes higher than B1 (61.7 Hz) and convert music to sheet music.
