Overview: I write award-winning Regency Romance novels for the modern reader. My books have won recognition from Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Awards, the Next Generation Indie Book Awards, the National Indie Excellence Awards, the Romance Slam Jam Emma Awards, and the Shelf Unbound Indie Book Awards. If you love ballgowns, secret kisses, and social commentary, a book hangover is coming your way.
I’ve been a storyteller for as long as I can remember. Before I knew how to read and write, I acted out stories (original and retellings of my favorite Disney movies) with Barbies. Around the third grade, I started writing my own stories in notebooks, and I finished my first novel in seventh grade on my dad’s old laptop.
Since then, I’ve been a writer. I got a degree in creative writing from Northwestern University, moved to New York City, and "daylighted" as a marketer. My short stories have been featured in several literary magazines, and I was nominated for a Pushcart Prize in 2018.

It’s In Her Kiss (#1)
No good deed goes unkissed…
Spencer Chow’s life at Northfield Hall is simple. He lives with his family, works at the Northfield Hall carpentry shop, and eats delicious meals at the dining hall. Until one day, he stumbles across a sobbing newcomer Harriet Hill – and changes the course of his life with one good deed.
Harriet Hill is determined to make her new life at Northfield Hall work. When Spencer Chow helps her find a new position – instead of turning her out on the street – Harriet decides to return the favor. Even if the only thing she has to offer the inscrutable Mr. Chow are kissing lessons.
With secrets from her past threatening to emerge, Harriet and Spencer are both surprised by how a simple attraction can grow into complicated feelings.
Three Nights With Her Husband (#2)
On this road trip, one bed is never enough…
For Double and Mary Shayler, a road trip to London should be the perfect holiday away from Northfield Hall. Married for 25 years, they are on their way to visit their son and get some much-needed quality time.
The only trouble is that Mary is mad at Double. Still. And as much as he tries to apologize, he only seems to make things worse instead of better.
As they get farther and farther away from the comfort of their home, Mary and Double have to face the fears swirling behind their every interaction: do they still love each other enough to stay together?
Letters to Her Love (#3) – FF
They are writing their love story one letter at a time…
Louisa Hoggart is about to leave Northfield Hall. Her charge, Miss Caroline Preston, is fully grown and hardly needs a governess anymore. Even more exciting, Louisa plans to move to London as a children’s author. She just has one major task left: help Miss Preston host her first house party.
Opera singer Elena Zilio accepts her invitation to the Northfield Hall house party for the free room and board. She also hopes to find a new protector for herself and her eight-year-old daughter. When she hears Louisa Hoggart will be at the party, she is excited to reconnect with an old acquaintance.
It doesn’t take long for sparks to fly between the two women. Yet what Louisa recognizes as attraction, Elena labels as friendship. Armed with nothing but her pen and big dreams for the future, can Louisa convince Elena to take a chance on the feelings swirling between them?
