#2 – Trouble is knocking on his door, but this masseur only answers paying clients.
The whispers of war are growing loud enough to shake the leaves off the trees, but the Magic Touch Inn and Spa is on neutral territory. More and more troublesome guests have made their way to the inn lately, but Ryker Hayes and his gorgeous monster girl business partners are ready for any challenge.
Or so they think.
Ryker wants only peace for himself and all those whose lives he touches. Just as much, he hopes to never again give in to the violent tendencies of the so-called Scourge, his bloodthirsty alter ego. With a runaway princess, a gorgeous demoness, a feline emissary to the Elder Gods, and an elven assassin who can’t shake her trauma, Ryker has a lot on his plate considering only the company he keeps. Yet together, they’re stronger, and nothing—not even a world-ending war—could tear them apart.
#3 – Ryker Hayes has found some peace, but something inside tells him his quest isn’t over.
With the threat posed by the orcs gone and the whispers of war reduced to distant murmurs, Ryker and the women at the Magic Touch Inn feel as though they’re entering something of a golden age. Indeed, business is booming despite everything, and they have a powerful new ally in the form of the Elven duchess Elmielstra.
But that isn’t to say Ryker has no problems. He needs to figure out how to use his magic hands to restore Darina Muchmilky’s abilities as a taurian milkmaid, for one thing. And then he needs to figure out how to respond to rumors that he is Ivan the Scourge in hiding. Brook also seems to think that he hasn’t yet fulfilled his purpose in Werifesteria, whatever it might be.
Ryker doesn’t care much about that. He’s happy to spend his time with his demonkin, orc, elf, and catgirl girlfriends.
If only it were that simple.
