What’s New:
Raised min sdk to 16 because Goog complained app uses sms/call log permission even though app has never requested it. Maybe Goog bot thinks min sdk level 11 grants read contacts when in fact it’s only granted if BOTH min sdk AND target sdk are below 16 (my app target is 26). Not sure how read contacts is related to sms/call logs (I don’t use contacts either) but can’t talk to borgs so dropping support for older devices as stab in dark solution.
