[Brush Functions]
– Smooth drawing at up to 60 fps.

– Various brush parameters such as starting/ending thickness, starting/ending opacity, and initial/final brush angle.

– Fixed a bug where the app crashes if Tool Selection is opened after a certain period of time on devices that cannot use Smudge tool or Blur tool.
