Overview: Douglas Talbott was born APR 24, 1958 in Sioux Falls, SD. In August 1977, I entered the US Air Force and served till September 1985 when I was honorably discharged. My background includes TV repair (the old tube ones, Yuck!), Computer tech support and Pharmacy Technician. Moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2018 and currently work for a Specialty mail order company as a Certified pharmacy technician. I love of science, electronics and science fiction. That led me start writing in 2012.

The World is in crisis, resources are running out, and the third world is getting poorer!
Time is Running Out! The United Nations solution is the "World Pride and Fairness Accords!" but will it save the world? The accords direct all individuals, companies, and governments to shut down all space activities, and devote the resources to the developing countries and recycling!
The President of the United States issues the Sustainable Earth Initiative executive order supporting the accords.
Will the solution work and at what cost? Will civilization collapse?
Ben Wilson leads a group of individuals and companies that decide that the government’s answer won’t work. They take steps to stay in space and mine the asteroids for the needed resources.
FBI Agent Theron Chane is right on their heals, trying to stop them, every step of the way. How far are the president and Agent Chane prepared to go? What price are we prepared to pay for Civilization and Freedom?
