Together with his guild, he intends on keeping the lead and becoming the first group to defeat Valenastrious’ lieutenants.
However, Bishop should have learned that nothing ever goes as planned in Samar…
As he will meet with a strange cult with immense powers, Bishop will uncover a secret that threatens the entire realm. Because if he’s now free of danger in the outside world, the challenges in-game are only beginning to arise! Soon, Bishop and his friends will taste defeat for the first time.
Lurking in the shadows, Valenastrious will seek to win Bishop to her cause. But when the hunter will refuse, she will go on to show him that his decision could have devastating consequences. And not just in this virtual world!
When the game starts to leave marks in real life, where should the line be drawn?
With evil creatures in his path, threatening to steal away everything he cares about, will Bishop have no other choice but to let his demon half take over?
#3 – The Dead Fortress
The Fight against Valenastrious and Her Army Rages on
One month into the beta, Bishop and his guild have defeated three of the ten commanders under the Demon Queen’s command. But as they get ready to enter the demon realm and face their strongest opposition yet, Bishop is having a really hard time dealing with the voices tormenting him.
Despite his best efforts to ignore them, they’re slowly taking their toll. And he’s slowly losing touch with reality. Bishop has to hang tight for his friends. He doesn’t want to disappoint them or give them reason to think they were mistaken to give him a second chance. However, as the hallucinations intensify and become truly unbearable, the temptation to return to his old vice will rear its ugly head. Surely, if he had a drink or two, it would numb the pain and he could function normally, right?
While the stakes have never been higher, will Bishop/Harrison succumb to the call of his old demons? Will he put everything he’s been working so hard for in jeopardy, alongside his friendships and blooming love for Callie?
When the masks fall and everyone shows their true colors, who will still stand on the side of the heroes?
#4 – The Final Chapter
Discover How It All Ends!
In the fourth and final instalment of The World of Samar, our heroes are their back against the wall. Everything seems lost as Bishop, their once trusted leader and friend, has joined the forces of evil and is now set on destroying them all.
Trapped in the game by Valenastrious, Bishop has forgotten his true identity. His mind perverted by the Demon Queen, he has come to believe that he is his in-game character and that no other life exists outside of that reality.
With still three Demon lords to defeat and around forty more levels to gain, the heroes have their hands more than full. However, clock is ticking and they might not have enough time to do it. As Valenastrious’ somber plans are slowly revealed and the heroes find out that they can’t respawn anymore if they die, the battle for the salvation of Samar and Harrison’s mind has never been direr.
