We Scrapped Coppers by Gillian Temple
Requirements: .ePUB reader, 1.5 MB
Overview: Based on true events how an innocent man was wrongfully accused of 15 crimes and pursued unlawfully for nearly 2 years. His experience lead to his post traumatic stress breakdown and the demise of his businesses and family whilst police continued to cover up their illegal activities, tampering with evidence to desperately get a guilty conviction . Alan had predicted that the Act of Parliament was flawed despite having a limited education. That prediction found him to be the first in the country to be falsely arrested on the first day that law came into force. In the years that followed whilst Alan was pursued relentlessly other innocent people were also caught up in the unlawful policing operations. A nursery school teacher with no formal legal training represented Scrap Dealers and won their court cases until 6 years later when the Royal courts of Justice case proved that British Transport Police had no jurisdiction to police their unlawful activities.
