1. Liberation

The Cataclysm scorched the Earth. Only a zombie infested wasteland remains. Warlords and worse rule over the remains of humanity in a cruel new world where only the strong survive.
Nero travels the wasteland in a souped-up V8 charger, barely hanging on as he moves between the scattered remnants of humanity. In return for food and supplies, he offers his services fighting zombies and raiders for those who can pay.
Arriving at the Watchtower, Nero meets the abused slave girl Nyx. A beautiful young woman, she’s skilled in the use of a sword – yet held captive by the tower’s ruler.
When the Watchtower is attacked, events begin to spiral out of control, and Nero discovers the secret Nyx has been hiding from her master. Now he must choose between the life he knows alone in the wastes, or helping the fascinating but vulnerable Nyx, and changing his life forever. What would you do?

Nyx is free from her former life of slavery to Rex. Nero’s life will never be the same again, but that’s fine with him.

When a chance encounter with Cryptus leads to memories of her childhood resurfacing, Nyx knows she must find out the truth. Who is she? Where is she from? Where are her parents? But she can’t do this alone, she needs Nero by her side.
Her partner, protector and lover, Nero goes with her on her mission for the truth. A mission filled with new revelations about their world, and greater dangers than ever before. 3. Revelation
When evil holds everything you love captive, how far would you go to get it back?
The Road Knights ride again, but this time, they’re on a mission to kill a Daemon, and save Nyx’s mother. In her last moments, Queen Latrix revealed that Nyx’s mother, Dani, was alive, and held captive by the Night Lord, the Whisperer.
Nyx has one mission now, to hunt the Whisperer down and save her mother. But she needs Nero to help her.
Nero, with his trusty enchanted Shotgun, takes on Nyx’s mission without question. Since saving her, they have become inseparable, and Nero is always up for kicking more zombie a**.
Kat, former harem member of the now dead queen, and skilled swordswoman, joins the Road Knights, adding complications to Nero’s life. Cryptus and his servant Runt also accompany them, keen to confront the Whisperer as well, but why? Life is getting more complex for the Road Knights, but they have a clear mission now, and the open road ahead of them
