Viktoria Substratum Theme for Samsung v3.2 [Patched]
Requirements: Android 7.0+ and Samsung Experience 8.1+ Root
Overview: Viktoria is a substratum theme with a lot of options for each overlay, it supports every Samsung phone with Android 7.0+ and Samsung Experience 8.1+. For example: S8, S8+, A5 2017, Note 8. On S7 some things may not work.

– Added Trasparency Color for Quick Settings for Samsung Oreo
– Added Transparent notifications for Samsung Oreo ( IMPORTANT: Lag is normal. We need it exposed only works without lag for custom roms ). Thanks to @DeadmanXXD
– Moved all mods from systemui to Systemui.headers to make systemUI overlay cleaner and more comprensible
