Vicky Vs Series (1-2) by Arthur King
Requirements: ePUB / MOBI Reader, 1.6MB
Overview: I’m an indy Fantasy writer, from Australia now living in London or somewhere like Cambodia or Thailand if the visa office is giving me a hard time. Arthur King is a pen name as i also write some much less bloody stuff under my own name.

My aim as a writer is to create original things. Maybe a new creature or power or look at something like vampires and demons in different ways. The dream would be in 20 years people i don’t know are making movies and writing books about something i originally came up with. Like Bram Stoker for vampires, or Romaro for zombies.
Genre: Fiction > Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Horror

#1 – Spriggan
It has awoken and it’s not happy

After decades asleep, the Spriggan is awoken by a pink defiler cutting at it’s grove. It soon discovers the plague of humans has spread and ten "backpackers" are working at a farm near it’s home. It will judge them by the just and harsh rules of nature.

Vicky trying to gaining her new visa is unaware of the horrors the world actually holds and is as oblivious as the rest of them until the bodies start to pile up. The Spriggan will carve a bloody path though her new friends until only she is left to fight it and stop it’s plans for making the dead into an army of natures bloody guardians.

#2 – Mermaid
Stopping in cancun to enjoy the sun, cheap cocktails and smokes. Vicky starts to relax. She hopes the Spriggan was just a blip. It wasn’t Christmas and she wasn’t john maclane. Monsters weren’t real and she wasn’t a monster magnet.

Too bad, she saw the girl wash up on the beach with no face and then saw her drinking and partying a few days later. Now she is on the hunt for an ancient killer that plans to stay in mexico and use it’s stolen face and credit card to the max. If she (the mermaid) gets caught she’ll just take a new body.
