Overview: I had always known that my past would catch up to me sooner or later.
The last year of my life seemed straight out of a fantasy. I had gotten to find love with two succubi, enjoying a relationship most men would kill for. I lived without fear of being discovered. I had known it was only a matter of time, though.
And now, suddenly, things started to change. First, Nicole’s family contacted her again after years. The two of us soon got attacked, and one of Ophelia’s vampires appeared dead, close by to the White Clover, found by one of the wolves that answered to Elena, almost as if it was a warning.
I couldn’t help but think it was my former mentors making their move.
I couldn’t have imagined old enemies would come with them.
I would be forced into action again, but I wouldn’t give them what they wanted. Not for anything.
