Google drive backup will not work. You can try this workaround if you want to log into Google drive:
● First Remove/Uninstall Truecaller app and reboot your Phone
● Now install the untouched version from the Play Store > Launch > Sign In > Uninstall.
● Then install the modded version > Launch > Sign In.
