1. Hurricane Legacy
Tom Stroud, an aircraft enthusiast, with a contingent of mercenary Russian soldiers, recovers a World War 2 Hurricane fighter from the bottom of a lake in Karelia where it crashed when shot down in 1943. Tom finds a medallion originally struck by the Templars in the 13th Century in the cockpit, obviously the not-so lucky charm of the unfortunate pilot. The medallion is a ‘key’, though to what exactly he doesn’t know. Tom, deputised by the British Government and partnered with Claire, a Detective Inspector from the Royal Protection arm of the security services, sets off on a hunt around Europe in a quest to discover the final hiding place of the Templar’s fabled treasure. They are not, however, the only interested parties. A Russian oligarch, claiming heritage from the pilot and the original Templars, believes the treasure is his, as do the modern incarnation of the Templars themselves.
2. London Stormbird
As the Allies roll across Europe in 1945, at a secret underground factory in Southern Austria the Germans are racing to deploy the last of Hitler’s ‘Wonder Weapons’, an atomic bomb. With time running out they cannot launch the bomber in time and destroy the factory to prevent it being captured. They flee South, taking their stockpile of gold and enriched uranium with them, in an attempt to reach the ship that will take them to South America .Seventy years later a boy falls down a ventilation shaft and the factory is rediscovered. What is found inside sends Tom Stroud and DI Claire Owens on a frantic hunt for the missing loot. Unfortunately they’re not the only ones with designs on the treasure. A past nemesis in the form of a Russian oligarch wants to get his hands on the uranium. What they eventually uncover is a surprise to all.
