Their marriage is an arranged one, induced by outside intervention, but it is also filled with care, respect, and recognition of each other’s qualities.
From such a beginning, the road towards friendship, and later towards true love, might seem easy and smooth. And yet, it is not. When the past interferes with the present, it might be quite the opposite.
Surrounded by circumstances they could not control, with more obstacles to overcome than they anticipated, Elizabeth and Darcy need all the strength of their minds and characters to avoid losing their path towards happily ever after.
