Wolfgang is eager to prove himself, but his fellow operators aren’t easy to impress, and this mission is a lot more complex than advertised. With time running out and the lives of millions on the line, Wolfgang may be in over his head.
Only one thing is certain – failure isn’t an option.
2. That Time in Cairo – When an ancient scroll believed to detail the location of a previously undiscovered Egyptian tomb is discovered in Libya, authorities from Cairo are all over it. Fantasies of burial vaults packed with treasure are enough to make every politician salivate.
But while en route to Egypt, the convoy carrying the scroll is attacked, and the document goes missing. Egyptian authorities reach out to SPIRE for help, and Charlie Team is deployed.
Their mission is simple – recover the document and don’t get killed. Wolfgang and his team are eager for some time in the sun, but this mission will quickly become much more serious than a treasure hunt. The Egyptians haven’t been honest about what is written on the scroll, and ancient secrets can be just as deadly as modern ones.
Some things should remain buried, and Charlie Team will have to work quickly to avoid being buried themselves.
3. That Time in Moscow – When rumors of an illegal chemical weapons program surface from the heart of Moscow, the CIA hires SPIRE to extract the informant, along with whatever documents he has.
Charlie Team is deployed to complete the mission, but at the last minute a critical piece of intelligence changes everything, and brings the lives of thousands into jeopardy.
With the team fractured, Russian officials hot on their heels, and a rogue chemist only telling half the truth, Wolfgang will have to think outside the box if he has any hope of saving his team.
4. That Time in Rio – Wolfgang and his team are the best in the business – and that means no days off.
When the daughter of a key intelligence official is kidnapped while on vacation in Brazil, Wolfgang and his team are deployed to recover her, using any means necessary.
From the outset Wolfgang’s crew is ready for a fight, but long before they land it becomes obvious that this kidnapping isn’t motivated by money, but by political power. The kidnapper’s demands have the potential to compromise global security, and negotiation is off the table.
Wolfgang and his team will do anything to recover the girl, but the favelas of Rio are a dark and dangerous place. Fancy gadgets and subterfuge won’t be enough this time—they’ll need to shoot their way out if the girl has any chance of surviving.
5. That Time in Tokyo – Sometimes all the world needs to implode is an overload of good intentions.
When a new medical technology is developed in Japan, the CIA is nervous. It’s a noble idea, but if it fell into the wrong hands, it might provide all the ingredients for a mass terrorist attack.
The CIA’s worst fears come true when they uncover a black market sale of the technology to a known terrorist organization. Unable to step in themselves, the CIA hires Wolfgang and his team to sabotage the sale, and recover the tech.
But when an old secret threatens to compromise the team from the inside, everything spins out of control. Wolfgang will need to leverage more than just his skills as an operator if he hopes to pull the team back together and save the lives of millions.
6. That Time in Sydney – Saving the world makes you a hero – and a target.
After a tragedy befalls his team, Wolfgang is on the hunt to find the people responsible and bring them to justice. The search will take him to some unlikely places, while old secrets and decades of deception make even his closest friends appear like potential enemies.
When everybody is in the business of subterfuge, who can you really trust?
Wolfgang will have to decide quickly, because more is at stake than his hunger for revenge. Another terrorist attack is in the works, and this time Wolfgang is the only person on the planet with the knowledge and ability to stop it.
And he may be too late.
