Overview: SAM RISDON is the author of the novel The Unfavorable, and short story Mind Over Matter published in The Larcenist Magazine (2015) and Break the Cycle Anthology, Volume III (2016). Previously, RISDON has been a successful freelance editor to authors such as Elise Marion. She lives in Michigan with her husband, Ben, and son, Spencer.

Finding help in the unlikeliest of circumstances, Alora vows revenge against those who have hurt her. With new friends, she hatches a desperate plan to take down their enemies and uncover secrets the world would rather hide.
