Requirements: ePUB, AZW3 Reader, 1.93 Mb
Overview: When not practicing or teaching Kung Fu or Tai Chi, T. M. is reading or watching horror, thrillers, or sci-fi movies. B-movies? The cheesier the better. Classics? The butler did it. But it was his twin taking his place you saw for two minutes, in shadows, at the beginning with the pair of scissors shown for two seconds in the middle of the movie. See? T. M. prefers writing in the horror, science fiction, post-apocalyptic and, occasionally, romance genre. T. M.’s favorite authors include Clive Barker, Patricia Briggs, Dean Koontz, and Edgar Rice Burroughs.

The Unchanged (Book 1)
I just wanted to drive around. Do a little scouting for potential locations for a serial killer novel I had in mind. I didn’t want to be caught up in the middle of an apocalypse, yet here I am. I didn’t witness the start, I was on a country back road, I’ve seen the results though. I just wanted to drive around. Do a little scouting for potential locations for a serial killer novel I had in mind. I didn’t want to be caught up in the middle of an apocalypse, yet here I am. I didn’t witness the start, I was on a country back road, I’ve seen the results though. People splotched with purple spots, mutating, murdering friends, foes, and family alike. From normal to monsters in minutes. At least I’m not alone. Cheyenne, every young redneck, country boy’s dream, likes to shoot from the side window of my Jeep with her grandpa’s shotgun. Janessa, a high school track team junior and our surrogate nurse, prays for our deliverance as she passes the ammo. I just drive. Well, drive and try to keep us out of trouble. So far, I’m the only one failing at my job.

Survivors (Book 2)
Humanity continues to mutate. The heat wave and drought continues into another month with no rain in sight. Our supplies are running low, so is our ammo. We still haven’t been able to scavenge more. We’re showing signs of heat exhaustion. We’re hungry and we’re short on water. Janessa is keeping it together, plunging into her nursing duties. Cheyenne is displaying signs of PTSD. I’m covered in cuts and bruises. We’ve found a temporary safe location with survivors. We’re surrounded. The Unchanged are outnumbered. The Changed are coming.

Safe Harbor (Book 3)
The world is in shambles. Our nine hour trip to Cape Hatteras has turned into days. We’ve lost people. We’ve lost friends. We’ve lost battles. The Change has jumped species and now animals are affected. Not all the monsters are mutants, some are unchanged humans. We’ve fought them, they hunt us, we survive. Janessa has become a triage doctor. Cheyenne? A battle weary warrior. For some reason, our survivors have made me into their leader. I’m just a mystery writer, I have no idea what I’m doing. We’re almost home, my home, they trust me that it’ll be safe. With the Atlantic at our backs, on an island, we should be safe. We should be safe.
