Overview: The kingdom of Istamid is under the tyrannical rule of dragons, but at least there are places where the dragons’ presence isn’t as obviously felt. One such place is the mountain village of Arlow. However, the residents of this town have problems of their own.
Aside from the usual, there has been suspiciously abnormal weather in the form of very strong snow storms, but nobody seems to think anything of it besides Rhenor. No one is willing to listen to his warnings, though, or at least that’s what he thinks until a stranger named Kaz appears at his door, claiming that something much worse is going on than just simple storms. And that it’s most likely something to do with magic.
Despite Rhenor’s skepticisms concerning how Kaz knows any of this, the two embark on a quest to hopefully put a stop to whatever is happening and save Arlow before it becomes nothing but rubble and snow.
However, little does Rhenor know that by doing so his life will change beyond anything he could imagine, and will lead him to places he’d never thought to go.
