Overview: Ralph Richards is an eccentric bachelor who lives on the second floor of a four-story apartment complex. The building is filled with college students, nearly half his age. Being in the midst of all the fun and excitement that’s going on around him, Ralph is constantly falling for his neighbors, mostly young men, and inviting them over for drinks. He especially likes Tom and Brad in apartment 206. Ron is nice, too, over in 208. In fact, the entire second floor is filled with desirable male neighbors, and Ralph wants virtually all of them.
