Note: I’ve been looking for an electronic copy of this book for a while. I have found several versions of epubs of this book and they were all based off an extremely poor OCR with thousands of OCR errors and no formatting. I’ve spent several hours on it and have meanaged to clean it up and make it readable again. If you find any errors, PM me know so I can fix it in a subsequent version. Unfortunatley I do not have a printed copy of this book so I can’t compare it to the original myself. Thanks!
