She hopes to inspire fantastically flawed worlds and characters who follow her readers even after the pages close, just as they do for her.
Genre: Young Adult, Fantasy
1. The Living Curse: Only nineteen years old, Nameh is already one of the best Guardians in the Academy. No one at the Academy, not even her best friend, knows about her dark past. Unsatisfied with her challenges as a Guardian, she finds herself searching for ancient magic, forbidden to her.
Struggling to control the magic she now possesses, time is running short as the dark forces of the Guild are gaining in power and there are those who say that open war between the Guild and the Vine is just a matter of time.
Knowing that something must be done to protect her world, Nameh and her newfound friends set out on a journey to find the Vine to gain whatever knowledge and protection from the Guild they may offer.
The further they go, Nameh finds herself not only in near constant battle, but also questioning her heart – perhaps she will find more than friendship, but does she dare to confess that, even to herself?
2. The Frozen Moon: Nameh and Mira have discovered that the problems in their secret world run deeper than they could have imagined. Horrors much more fearsome than harpies and blackdragons lace the long path ahead, and though their power steadily grows, so do the dark forces of the Guild –forces which they must soon face.
More and more, the group finds that they must rely on ancient and ill-understood spells and warlocks for any hope of victory, but speaking for the dead may not be as easy as they had hoped.
In a land where good has not triumphed over evil for centuries, they battle to turn the tides in a dying world, but both victory and defeat come with heavy costs.
Time slips by far too quickly when there could only be moments remaining, and even those in the prime of youth must savor each second in times of savage war.
