Tobath and Arriska – Tobath, a Martok with no political interests, and Arriska, Princess and Heir Apparent of the Martok Empire, must stop an attack on a League mining facility while preventing the destruction of a planet unaware of the war raging around them.
The Martok have numbers and technology on their side. The League must use the wits and experience of its diverse peoples to stop the war before it begins.
