Overview: Jill Rogers inherits a property that has a tragic history. The Briarsville Orphanage burned down decades ago and has barely been touched since. Every attempt at restoration met with difficulties and has remained empty since that last fateful night.
The inheritance comes with a stipulation that she restore the abandoned building that was once the home for unwanted children. She sets out to take on the monumental task with high hopes, if little vision for what the restored building should become. Strange happenings cause problems and make everyone involved wary and reluctant to continue.
As she tries to figure out how to make this restoration come together, she comes face to face with the past and the horrors the children suffered in the orphanage. What will it take to recreate this place with a horrible past into something happy and bright?
