Overview: I am a New Zealand resident, wife of a wonderful kiwi and we have two lovely cats. Fantasy has always been one of my favourite genres and something I have always loved writing in.

With dark magic to fight against, and a madness that is spreading amongst the kings of the other realms, Kasnata pushes aside her own pain and loss for the good of her people and her empire. Refugees pour into her camp from enemy lands as well as the free lands. With so many lives that she must protect, will the empress be able to bring an end to the fires of war and save all those she loves or will she be forced to choose to sacrifice all to save her world. In a world where death and war have raged for so long, can she bring peace and a new beginning for all or will the powers of darkness triumph and bring an end to the realm of light?
