#1 – On the Run

#4 – On the Edge

She’s a newspaper reporter who wrote some not-so-nice things about the killer. When the detective in charge of the murder cases advises them to leave town, they go together, hoping the police find the killer before he finds them. The killer threatens Chance’s kids, and Baylee snaps. Nobody expects her to mess with the killer’s mind.
The more time Baylee spends with Chance, the more she wants a permanent relationship. But he has three grieving kids, and his kids will always come first.
