The Golden Dawn: Twilight of the Magicians by R. A. Gilbert
Requirements: PDF Reader 6.88 MB
Overview: Having studied the Golden Dawn for many years I found that this book is full of information about the Order’s foundations, members and actually contains the so called Anna Sprengel letters who Westcott supposedly corresponded with who we all know is sheer nonsense. The book itself is very well written by the author and presents it in a clear and concise way for any person to read even if you are not a student of the Great Work. I would certainly recommend it if you are interested in the history of the order but don’t think that you are going to be presented with a list of the rituals as you will need to seek out other tomes on the subject. I certainly enjoyed the book as it provides the reader with a greater understanding of which was probably the most influential Order ever to have existed.
