Overview: I am not usually a breakfast person. During the week, I am in a rush to get to the office in the morning that I usually skip breakfast. But on the weekends, I like to have a big breakfast or brunch. That said, there are so many interesting breakfast foods out there, it spans the whole spectrum of healthy dishes to the all time favorites of eggs and pancakes.
