Overview: An ominous presence lurked close by in the sleeping forest. The baseball crowd had no idea they were being observed with the utmost scrutiny by strange beings. Their sensors probed the humans, determining that these warm-blooded beings were frail and easy to control. However, the warm-blooded had the means of defending themselves with primitive, yet deadly weapons. They will be vigilant tonight.
This was not their first encounter with these humans. One year earlier, at this same place, they’d monitored them and observed where they brought their young. They were patient. New experiments had to be carried out. They would test it on the weakest first, the younger ones.
