#1 – Ganymede Steel
The day begins with extortion and a sword fight.
It’s not an unusual start for the young thief Nathan Chevell. He’s been grinding out an existence in Sol’s biggest pirate port for as long as he can remember, ducking the law and criminals in equal measure.
When a rich off-worlder comes with solutions to all of Nate’s problems, it feels too good to be true. But the rich kid isn’t telling the truth, leastways not all of it. A lack of details can get a person dead.
That person is likely to be Nathan Chevell.
#2 – Dragon’s Run
The Empire hunts a spy and assassin.
Young Grace Gushiken is on the run from the Empire’s justice.
Landing on Starfire Station, she finds the Empire ready and waiting. Grace is offered a devil’s bargain: steal from those who hunt her, or be carted off in chains.
She’s sure she’ll be handed over anyway once she’s stolen the goods. Her hidden secret is she can read people’s emotions, but it’s an unreliable gift at best. Grace wishes she could trust someone for help, but that’s never worked in the past. She needs to look after herself.
If she doesn’t, she’ll end up dead.
#3 – Ganymede Plunder
The sky above Cadence Starport burns.
Nathan Chevell races to the crashed starship Cataphract. A treasure worth more than his life waits inside.
The pirate king of Ganymede also hunts the prize. With an army of thugs, he’ll kill any who get in his way, including Nate. Nate’s only advantage is a friend who knows more than he’s letting on about the spoils of the downed ship.
Inside, they uncover a terrible secret the Cataphract died to keep. A secret danger sweeps up friends and pirates alike. Nate must hurry to save his friends from a lost weapon of the Empire. While he’s at it, he may just save Cadence Starport too.
#4 – Dragon’s Bargain
Trusting people was Grace’s biggest mistake.
Grace’s partner sets up the sale of their pilfered data on Starfire Station’s black-market.
Problem is, someone’s not playing a straight game. The deal goes sour when the Empire Navy step in, hungry for Grace’s stolen goods.
The only person in as much trouble as her is the mysterious freighter captain McCabe. As conflict sweeps Starfire. Grace needs to forge an unlikely alliance with those you should never trust: pirates. If she doesn’t, she’ll be lost in the hard black.
#5 – Ganymede Plague
Plague runs rampant in Cadence Dome.
The Empire’s bioweapon is free. While the young thief Nathan Chevell seems immune, he’s one of only a handful.
Swept up in the pathogen’s clutches is Nate’s best friend, Valerie Flare. She has only hours to survive before falling victim. Meanwhile, hordes of infected roam the streets of Cadence. No one is safe.
#6 – Dragon’s Rescue
Grace is betrayed to the Empire.
When her partner double-crosses her, Grace finds all allies adrift. The pirate captain Ryan McCabe is captured, and his starship Pandora is nowhere to be found.
Grace is about to run from Starfire when the station’s attacked. Insurgents swarm inside, and they carry a weapon capable of killing all aboard. Faced with the choice of being smart and saving herself, or dying a faceless hero, Grace hesitates.
The smart move is slipping away. If she does, her friends die. Grace Gushiken must choose: be a dead hero or live alone and free.
