Meeting a redhead along the way called Fayette with a similar purpose, the two of them and Alexander meet many trials along the way.
2. The Reign of Mathias
In the second book in the series, we find Mathias and Fayette in a shaky union. When a new threat emerges it tests their resolve to its capacity. Who can they trust and will the Empire be the same after? What does a young street girl called Ida hold for their futures?
