Overview: Arthur’s Escape is the second episode (of five) in The Broken Kingdom, which is the first novel in the Wormkind Chronicles fantasy series about King Arthur, set in a post-Roman Britain. After the massacre at Penrith, Arthur and his small band of warriors are determined to rescue the Princess Morgan from the grip of King Urien of Rheged and make their escape back to Dumnonia.
