Requirements: ePUB Reader, 517 KB
Overview: Drew Seren was raised on a diet of science fiction, both in print and on the screen. He spent many nights watching Star Trek and Space 1999 with his father. Comic books were a main staple of his reading, and then when he was in high school he started reading Dragon Riders of Pern and quickly began devouring any science fiction he could, luckily his father had an extensive library at the time. He started writing soon after that, letting writing help him make it through class. During college and his corporate life, Drew spent a lot of time writing to help him endure the mundane things that gnawed at him. Through his twenties and thirties, comic books and science fiction helped him survive. To this day, he’s still reading as much or more than he’s writing. He’s also an avid gamer, playing first Dungeons and Dragons, and currently lots of World of Warcraft. He’s recently turned his attention to writing full time and exploring the vast galaxy through new and interesting eyes.

The Arena (#2)
Never Split the Party!
All he wanted was a bit of quiet time and some extra cash for beta testing the new game, what Alan Gosling got was so much more when disaster strikes, trapping him in the VR game.
Although he’s still stuck in the MMORPG of Halfworld, Horc must turn his efforts to rescuing his friends when they split the party. Even though he has to be careful not to die, Horc isn’t holding back when it comes to saving his friends. As the game’s AI starts acting peculiar, Horc and his party find almost everything in the game is fighting against them. Their biggest challenge awaits them in the Lone Palm Arena where they must fight and kill their friends to save them. Is Horc up to the challenge that goes against everything he believes in? Can he save his friends before he loses himself in the game? With new friends and bigger challenges than before, Horc will do everything he can to fight and stay alive in a game that is nearly as real as the everyday life he was hoping to escape.
Beyond the Boss (#3)
Stakes get higher than ever for Horc and his crew. Jerked out of Halfworld, Alan Gosling has to fight to get back to the game and save his friends. Even with the help of game developers, can Horc rally enough support from people trapped in Halfworld to defeat the AI that is killing players? Even working with other races and classes from around the game might not be enough to stop the AI which is rapidly gaining more power than any AI ever has. Raw power might not be enough, he’s got to rely on his own smarts and the brains of his newly formed guild as they battle beyond the map, and take on something that is beyond any boss any of them has ever faced before.
