Overview: No stranger to male/male stories, Diana Sheridan edited gay male sexzines for the better part of two decades under the nom de plume of “Dan Maxwell.” Though “Diana Sheridan” isn’t her true name either, it does reflect her true gender. In her own name, she has had numerous books published both in print and as e-books, is an accomplished editor of both books and magazines, and is comfortable switching gears to go from serious nonfiction to romantica in her work. Diana lives with her Significant Other, who is fully aware of and supportive of the many facets of her career.

Colin proves himself an able right-hand man when Todd puts on his monthly electric train show for the benefit of charity. They have great fun amid the train set-up in Todd’s basement.
But a cloud looms over them in the person of Dan, Colin’s ex, who dumped Colin once but now, seeing Colin happy with Todd, seems determined to break up the romance. His dark side comes to the fore, and he crashes Colin’s surprise birthday and succeeds in charming Colin back into his life.

Carter #3: When the Adonis Dating Service matches up Carter and Wolf, love blossoms. The two are marvelously compatible, and everything is going along great…except for one problem, but it’s a big one. Wolf owns a dog, and Carter is petrified of dogs.
He explains the incident from his teen years that led to his fear, and Wolf is understanding, but that doesn’t help the situation. Carter can never go to Wolf’s house, and Wolf has problems staying overnight at Carter’s house because he needs to get home to the dog. Worst of all, though, they can’t move in together, which they’d otherwise like very much to do.
What kind of a future do Carter and Wolf have together—if any—as long as Carter remains terrified of Wolf’s dog? Then a catastrophic situation brings Carter face-to-face with his fear in a life-or-death situation
Slade #4: When Slade, whose last life partner died in a surfing accident, turns to the Adonis Dating Service to be matched with a lover, he finds himself paired with Tanner, a gay virgin who was het-married until his recent self-realization that he’s gay.
Tanner’s three-year-old daughter is the light of his life, and his ex-wife, who will not accept that Tanner is gay or that she has irrevocably lost him, uses the daughter for leverage to try to get Tanner back. While Tanner will not go back to his ex, he is willing to follow her across the country so that he can remain near his daughter. But this would mean the end of his relationship with Slade.
Follow along as Slade indoctrinates Tanner into the joys and wonders of gay sex, and agonize with the two of them as Tanner decides how to handle his ex-wife’s threats to deprive him of his daughter
Curtis #5: Too painfully shy to approach men on his own, Curtis Carmody seeks the dating service’s help and is matched with Corey Atwood. Well-suited, they bond quickly and fall in love. But Corey is a public speaker, and Curtis is cowed by the public contact involved in banquet speeches and back-of-room sales.
Afraid that he is holding Corey back, Curtis contemplates breaking up with the man he loves so much. Corey suggests he try hypnosis to cure him of his affliction, and though several other supposed remedies have failed, Curtis agrees to give it a try.
He accompanies Corey on a trip to New York, where Corey is to give his biggest and most important speech yet. They have a wonderful mini-vacation, but Curtis is haunted by his concern that he is holding Corey back in his career. Then, the afternoon before the speech, Corey gets sick and develops laryngitis! Curtis has an audacious plan…but can he pull it off?

Although they have a lot in common and soon bond, when Derek’s life is endangered not once but twice, including an incident while the couple is on vacation, Tony asks Derek to give up police work, because Tony doesn’t want to risk losing Derek in such a dangerous occupation. Derek loves being a cop, though, and doesn’t want to give it up. Is this a deal breaker? Will Tony issue an ultimatum?
Then it’s Tony’s life that is endangered, while Derek isn’t there to help. Tony takes a risk to stop a crime, but he pays dearly for his bravery. Will Derek return in time to help? How will it all end?
