#2 – The Superhero’s Team
A month after his debut as the superhero Bolt, Kevin Jason’s life has changed greatly. Everyone seems to have taken an interest in him, including major presidential candidate and ex-super villain Adam Plutarch, whose true motives for supporting Kevin are murky and unclear.
But fame isn’t all bad, especially when Kevin is offered a position on a team of young superheroes that offers him a great chance to advance in his superhero career. He leaps at the chance to join, hoping to make some new friends and maybe get a little closer to its leader, the mysterious and beautiful Incantation.
Yet the situation takes a more complicated turn when Kevin uncovers a conspiracy within he team that threatens to destroy not just the superhero community, but the entire country. And if Kevin does not find out who is friend and who is foe quickly, then he can say good bye to not only his superhero career, but to his very life.
#3 – The Superhero’s Summit
As the new leader of the most famous young superhero team in the country, Kevin Jason has lots of new responsibilities, ranging from fighting criminals and supervillains to encouraging his teammates whenever they doubt themselves. But Kevin is most looking forward to the annual Neohero Summit at the end of the month, where leaders from the two largest superhero organizations—the Neohero Alliance and the Independent Neoheroes for Justice—in the country will meet to discuss forming a new alliance between them.
Tensions rise, however, when Kevin and one of his teammates are nearly killed by someone who appears to work for the Independent Neoheroes for Justice, the rival superhero organization. And when Kevin discovers evidence that someone is manipulating both organizations into going to war against each other, a conflict that would destroy not just the superhero community, but the country as well.
Now Kevin must uncover the identity of the real villain before the Summit. If he fails, then the superhero community will be engulfed in a war that will destroy not just the country, but the whole world.
#4 – The Superhero’s Powers
When Kevin Jason’s worst enemy steals his powers from him, Kevin and his parents go into hiding under government protection as Kevin’s enemy relentlessly hunts them down.
But Kevin cannot hide forever. With his nemesis stealing more powers and growing stronger ever day, Kevin must find a way to regain his own powers in time to stop his enemy before he grows too powerful to stop.
Yet regaining his stolen powers appears to be an impossible task until Kevin learns of someone who might be able to help. But the method that Kevin wants to use may either give him his powers back … or kill him outright.
#5 – The Superhero’s Origin
With a new power at his command, Kevin Jason (Bolt) goes to visit his grandparents, who he has never met before, in the hope that they might be able to help him better understand the source of his new power.
But it soon turns out that enemies from his grandparents’ past have come back to get revenge for the crimes committed against them. Not only that, but Kevin’s grandparents have a mysterious agenda of their own that seems to involve Kevin in a way he cannot understand, but must if he is going to survive.
Now Kevin must find out the truth of his grandparents and his family before their enemies catch them. If Kevin fails, then the secrets of his family will be lost forever.
