#1 – “And what exactly was it that you were attempting to summon, Lord Eamon?”
On the day of his Proving, Apprentice Summoner Samuel Eamon chooses a white rabbit as his familiar, summoning a creature from the Outer Spheres and dubbing it “Snowball.” What he gets is a shapely succubus with bunny ears and a poofy cottontail.
Turns out everything he tries to summon ends up a succubus. With his new Summoner’s License, Samuel is sent with a former classmate as his escort to meet Runescribe Elantrica Ilmora—someone who just might be able to discern the truth behind his odd spin on Calling Magic.
There’s one more issue: This former classmate of his, now a nun, was his personal bully at the academy—and she’s irritatingly gorgeous. Now they have to put differences aside to get the job done, facing goblins, monsters, and the perils of the wilderness together. As a relationship develops between the pair, how will Samuel manage his nightly duties to his succubi in tandem with his complex feelings for his childhood bully?
#2 – A nation at war, and summoners in love: things are about to get messy.
Samuel Eamon just barely escaped capture from the Justicars, but his freedom almost cost him everything. Without his own name, without the future he always yearned for, things seem bleak for the young Summoner.
Or, at least, they would…if he didn’t have her. Samuel and Aurora retreat into anonymity, posing as a young married couple working for a rural wing of the Mysterium. For now, their lives are a romantic pastoral fantasy brought to life, but both of them know that won’t last for long.
The drums of war beat louder and closer to home, and the increasing monster attacks threaten even the new railways connecting the cities of Terth. These are problems that Samuel and Aurora will have to face…ready or not.
#3 – They say that all is fair in love and war.
Well I guess it’s a good thing that we have plenty of both.
Framed for the murder of Elantrica Ilmora, Samuel was on the run—but not anymore. Reunited with family and old friends, he will have his day in court, heard by the king himself.
But conflict lingers. Delsran has fled into the shadows, and a certain corrupt bishop has not given up on saving Aurora’s soul—even if it means seeing her dead.
With a magic locket in the mix and a climactic battle growing closer each day, will the Succubus Summoner be able to use the bonds he’s grown with his summons and partners to save his country from the diabolical forces that want to see it burn?
