“Some of the Klerksdorp spheres are even flattened and shaped like discs,” Lenny said. He had looked at search result images he had found online. “If they’re man-made, could they be patterned after flying saucers?”
“These guys think the spheres are from the future.” Sonny laughed. “And now you’re suggesting they could be made by aliens? So we now have time traveling aliens?”
“I didn’t say they’re made by aliens,” Lenny retorted. “But maybe people from a long time ago witnessed these ships in the sky and carved these stones to represent what they saw.”
“It’s a good theory, Len, but the Klerksdorp spheres pre-date humankind by over two billion years,” Toad interjected.
“But it’s not just these,” Lenny said, tapping on the book. “There’s hundreds, maybe thousands of examples of strange spheres being found all around the world. Some of them are huge and weigh a couple of tons. Others are small and you can hold them in the palm of your hand. These things mean something, but I don’t know what.”
