Overview: When I decided to start taking public transportation to work two years ago, I got into the habit of reading books again after a 10-year hiatus. My, was I disappointed in what was out there! It’s no wonder the population is reading less and less. The stories were lame, the plots were predictable, and the characters were one-dimensional (like cardboard cut-outs). I knew I could do a better job of writing a book. I knew I could tell the kind of story that pulls in a reader, humors him, and keeps him entertained for hours. I knew I could give the reader characters he could fall in love with. Straight Man Gay is that wonderful story and it was a joy to write.

Straight Man Gay
What would you do if true love showed up in the wrong package–and knocked your socks off? American actor John Kaiser lives in London where he’s found fame as a television celebrity and theatrical star. He unwittingly falls in love with Brian Mallory, a reclusive Scottish millionaire who takes refuge in his London penthouse once a year to conduct business. Brian sees John as a shy, nervous and clumsy new friend, but John hopes they’ll be much more than just friends–until he learns of a love rival: curvaceous, blonde, and sexy Carol Lexington. He’s devastated when he realizes he can’t compete with this beautiful woman. Or can he? And even if he could win Brian’s love, what other forces would lie in wait to tear them apart? From the ritzy charity galas of London’s elite to an English countryside manor and a stunning, riverfront luxury penthouse, this love story takes you on a journey of humor, happiness, pain, jealousy and bitter betrayal. Filled with quirky best friends, catastrophic events, and undying love and devotion, it’s the story of a straight man who falls in love with a gay man who did everything wrong and still got everything right. " Straight Man Gay " does what "Giovanni’s Room" and "Brokeback Mountain" couldn’t: It takes the shame out of being gay and in love.

Straight Man Gay Two
How happy can a straight man be living life as a gay man? Successful multimillionaire Brian Mallory has just acquired a fabulous new boyfriend, television star John Kaiser. He’s also acquired an entire family of colorful characters that has turned his lonely, monotonous life into one surprising misadventure after another. From a flatulating, one-eyed Chihuahua to a pink-tutu’d elf who can’t keep his clothes on, the extended Mallory household has more than its share of oddness and eccentricities that keep Brian on his toes.
But as Brian and John begin building a future together, can John stop worrying that Brian might leave him for a woman, or for other reasons? Will Brian’s arrogance help him or hinder him as he encounters awkward social situations he’d never experienced as a straight man? And the big question: How will Brian’s business associates, old friends and family handle his new orientation?
Even if both men can overcome their personal obstacles to achieve a long-lasting relationship, will someone (or something) create a tragedy that puts the true meaning of undying love and devotion to the ultimate test?
Straight Man Gay Two invites you to once again join Brian and John on their humorous, adventurous and sometimes sad journey of falling in love with the wrong person who turns out to be the right person.

Straight Man Gay Three
John Kaiser has problems. As if falling through a stage floor three days before Christmas wasn’t bad enough; his heart stopped on the emergency room table as his boyfriend Brian Mallory looked on, unable to help him. Miraculously, he was revived thanks to the efforts of a heroic doctor, but only after he’d been without oxygen for nearly three minutes. Now, he’s suffering from brain damage, and its after-effects have ended his theatrical career. John may be able to return to the stage after extensive physical therapy, but only if he can tolerate the exercises and his therapist—and right now, he hates both. He also can’t control his temper or his mood swings, so his relationship with Brian and his friends is being put to the test. When John’s producer tells him that he’s been dumped from his television series, the news devastates him—and Brian’s unsympathetic support sends him into a furious rage. One so dramatic that he decides to attend a New Year’s Eve party on his own—with catastrophic consequences for a large wine tray and a catering server with medical issues of her own. Will his dire situation improve? Will he ever recover? Maybe, if he and Brian are willing to make a drastic change, put their trust in a wise, old friend—and in a few new ones, too.
