Shana Muldoon was born and raised in the Palos Verdes area of Los Angeles, to her mother, artist, Deanna Muldoon and her father, maritime and personal injury lawyer William Patrick Muldoon Jr. She is the younger sister to actor, musician, and producer Patrick Muldoon.
