A terrible and advanced enemy force threatens the remote border world of Kroni IV. A peaceful place far from the heart of the Alliance. None are prepared for the terror to come, and the war that will engulf the galaxy. Elite teenage Star Cadets Elvin Barick, Vi Locke might have survived the first onslaught. But their battle for survival is far from over. With the enemy in command of the skies over the planet, their only chance of escape is aboard a high-tech maglev train. With time running short, they must travel below enemy lines in a desperate and deadly attempt to escape, even as towns and cities are turned to ash. little do they know that their enemy is close behind and will stop at nothing to capture or kill them. The pursuit if fast and deadly, and one mistake will see them left at the mercy of the unforgiving aliens.

The group are led to a survivor’s camp deep underground where they make new friends, but others are suspicious of the newcomers. They want to send a transmission to call for help but lack the skills. They will need to reach the massive star tower, a tall structure used for interspace coms and now guarded by the enemy and used as a command centre. Together they formulate a plan with Elvin and Vi leading strike teams into the heart of enemy territory. It is a deadly and dangerous mission, but one that must succeed if they are ever to escape from Kroni IV alive.

Vi has been captured by the terrifying and cunning invaders, and the enemy is waiting no time in extracting everything they can from her. Knowing time is running out for the rebels, and for his best friend, Elvin knows he must save her before their own position is compromised. When his new allies hear about another group hidden in the mountains they want to leave, but Elvin has other plans and will do whatever it takes to save her before it is too late.
