SQL for Beginners: The No BS Introduction by Sarah Stevens
Requirements: ePUB Reader, 1 Mb
Overview: Learning SQL doesn’t have to be a painful experience. So why do so many resources for "Beginners" make things so complicated
If you are new to SQL, trying to get through a 500 page encyclopedia-style book full of every existing detail on the subject can be a daunting task. How can you be expected to remember details when you don’t even have a solid foundation of the basics yet? That’s like trying to teach someone to ride a 10 speed mountain bike before they’ve mastered training wheels.
Genre: Computers & Technology

The goal of "SQL For Beginners: The No BS Introduction" is to give you a crash course on entry level SQL fundamentals. This book does not use unnecessary amounts of technical jargon, require you to download a sample database to follow along, or expose you to an overwhelming amount of information that you won’t actually use yet. It will provide you with easy to follow examples and detailed explanations on the concepts that are most important to know when starting your journey to learn SQL.
This book was written from my own perspective as a Microsoft SQL Server user, but developers on any platform can benefit from its content on the basics of relational databases, table structures, and query syntax.
