• Analysis of dimensional chains (SolidWorks Premium, CETOL 6σ).

Tasks to be solved at the stage of technological preparation of production (TPP):
• Analysis of manufacturability of product design (basic configurations SolidWorks, DFMXpress / DFMProfessional).
• Analysis of manufacturability of manufacturing processes (plastic molding – SimpoeWorks, analysis of stamping processes – BlankWorks / FastForm).
• Development of technological processes according to ESTD, including material and labor rationing (SWR-Technology).
• Design of tooling and other technological equipment (basic configurations of SolidWorks, MoldWorks, ElectrodeWorks, Logopress, etc.).
• Development of control programs for CNC machines (milling, turning, turning-milling and electrical discharge machining – CAMWorks; laser, plasma and waterjet cutting, punching dies – cncKad; coordinate measuring machines – CMMWorks).

Functionality SolidWorks Premium Edition:
• Hybrid parametric modeling: solid modeling, surface modeling, wireframe modeling and their combination without limiting the degree of complexity.
Using construction geometry. Working with imported geometry, editing based on parameters and model building history, "direct" editing.
• Designing products taking into account the specifics of manufacturing:
– Plastic parts – functions for automating the design of plastic parts, accounting for shrinkage, building slopes.
– Sheet material – modeling "from part to flat pattern" and "from flat pattern to part", automatic construction of a flat pattern.
