Overview: Avery has nearly lost all hope. He sits and drinks between matches while watching his friends die on live television. After being betrayed by the governments they fought for, they were condemned to slow death in an arena designed to test each race’s military might against each other and entertain the masses of the Coalition. But a small hope arrives in the form of a young kid. Knowing that the original human warriors have been nearly killed off, the Galactic Coalition is importing new recruits to be trained up. The Veterans look down upon them for trading their freedom for money. Little do they know that these new recruits will offer them the chance to save their homeworld from the slavery it’s in. But Avery has to convince the others that there’s still hope before they can begin to take back what they lost.
