Overview: I missed something. I don’t miss things, but I missed this. I’m not surprised by it, just annoyed that I missed it. It does provide an interesting opportunity. I get to work with him more closely. I can study him. Learn more about him. I am surprised to find that I don’t hate him. I wouldn’t go so far to say I like him, more that I just respect him. Not enough to not claim my woman, but the man is interesting to me.
She needs him, I hate it, but I will always do what is right for my Bear. I give him a path back in, even though it makes it harder to keep hold of her. Something I am learning about love is that you sometimes have to make sacrifices.
Bear: When Case brings me to work his future becomes clear. I provide the little nudge they need and let them sort out the rest. The only problem with Mo and Enzo, now Case, getting loved up is that it leaves Lev out. I worry about him. We draw closer as the monsters circle. Then the unthinkable happens. The monsters are around us, within us, and I don’t know how much longer I can keep my head above water. I just need to hold on. Hold on a little longer, even though it is getting harder and harder to breathe.
