The Dead Don’t Fear (Book 13)
Week thirteen has arrived and so has a new month. Our group of survivors are now in the month of September and Pickle, Karen, Vince and the others from Colwyn Place are trying to settle in at Drake’s camp that used to be Stafford Hospital. However, not everyone in the camp is happy to see the Colwyn residents and skirmishes occur. Runs are still needed to keep the camp of over a hundred patrons going, and Drake is concerned and planning for the inevitable winter which won’t be long. Karen is finding it bizarre settling into a camp that used to be her place of work, and Pickle visits an old place that used to be his home when the group have to search for a missing resident. The danger of the Snatchers is ever present, but the group are reminded that human threat is never far away.

The Dead Don’t Hate (Book 14)
We’re into the fourteenth week of the crisis and the gang are on a mission to go to Amerton Farm to pick up the owners and their produce. As usual, the trip doesn’t go as planned and many dangerous obstacles are put in the way before Drake and his crew return to Stafford Hospital. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Colwyn residents, including Karen Bradley, are still struggling to settle in, and Karen discovers something that highlights that leaving might have to be the only option left for the ex-Colwyn residents. After another trip out the next day, things go horribly wrong. Pickle, and three youngsters are separated from Vince and Mildred. They have been captured by a gang and are holding the individuals to ransom. The malicious gang, led by an ex-inmate called Richard Marsden, needs to be taken seriously with their demands for Drake. The only way to do that is to kill some of their captives. Not everyone will get out of this alive.

The Dead Don’t Hurt (Book 15)
With danger ever present, our group of survivors are gearing up for a move to Colwyn Place. However, a trip to Gnosall has to be completed in order to get Pickle back. Still a prisoner of Marsden’s, Branston’s head is plagued with the macabre way that the three youngsters were killed, right before his eyes, and is desperate to get out, unaware that Drake, Karen and Vince are on their way, planning on busting him out of there. Pickle escaping is achieved differently than planned, and despite putting Marsden away, more danger appears whilst Drake, Colwyn Place, and the new leader of Gnosall are thrashing out a deal to trade and be allies. Sometimes the threat of the dead becomes secondary when human threats become a problem. However, the threat of the dead on this scale had never been seen by any survivor and are unsure if the large horde will be their downfall.
