Overview: You would be forgiven for thinking that Englishman Larry Ashfield had taken a wrong turn when he stepped off the train in Buzzard’s Bend, Arizona. He couldn’t look more out of place in the hot, dry and dusty Wild West if he tried.

Larry Ashfield is here to claim his recently deceased Uncle’s fortune, the Double-L Ranch and, more importantly, the gold mine next door. But he quickly realises that the law out here works mighty differently to how it does in England…

Almost immediately Larry falls foul of the town lawyer, one Cliff Makin, a mean brute who has his own interpretations of the law.

On discovering his ranch and mine have been passed into different hands, Larry is thrown mercilessly into the street to fend for himself.

But with the whole town run by Makin and his cronies, including the corrupt Sheriff Crawford, who is left to help him?

Luckily, Larry’s fortunes take a turn for the better when he makes the acquaintance of Richard King and his charming daughter Val, owners of the Bar-6 ranch.

Larry soon realises he must adapt if he is to survive in this unfamiliar and unforgiving terrain. With help from Richard and Val, daily shooting practice becomes requisite and he starts to look more like a cowboy every day.

But will this transformation be enough?

Throw in the small problem of securing his late uncle’s will and all those who are intent on seeing the will destroyed, including Simon Galt, who is currently holding residence at the Double-L, and Larry’s odds get worse every day.

Dynamite, rattlesnakes and Desert Law come together in a dramatic showdown at the Double-L. But who will come out on top?

With feuding gangs and gold up for grabs, Snake Vengeance is classic western adventure that will have you on the edge of your edge.
