Zack has lived in Winter Cove his whole life. His family owns the lumber mill at the edge of town. While his mom and dad have retired to their vacation home in Florida and are now snowbirds, they’ve left the family business in the hands of Zack and his three younger brothers. Every year one of them plays Santa in the town festival as a way to serve the community and drum up a little business for their Christmas tree farm. While reluctant to play the part, Zack believes in going all out in everything he works on and shows up to the committee meetings in full Santa character.
Claire and Zack soon become friends as she works on the committee each week, but she isn’t willing to admit she’s smitten with Santa. Together they learn about each other, but he soon realizes that she thinks he’s an old man. Not wanting to embarrass her, he keeps the truth to himself, while trying to keep the other men in town away from her. What happens when Claire learns the truth?
