Overview: Morgan has been a writer since she was first able to pick up a pen. In the beginning it was a hobby, a way to create a world of her own, and who could resist the allure of that? Then as she grew and matured, life got in the way, as life often does. She got married and had three children, and worked in the field of accounting, for that was the practical thing to do and the children did need to be fed. And all the time she was being practical, she would squirrel herself away on quiet Sunday afternoons, and write.
Most children are raised knowing the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule. Morgan’s children also learned the Paper Rule: thou shalt not throw out any paper that has thy mother’s words upon it. Believing in tradition, Morgan ensured that her children’s children learned this rule, too.
1) Cowboy Cravings
Annie Rutherford came west seeking a new life, never dreaming love would be part of the mix. The cravings that cowboys Jessie Conrad and Grant Douglas incite in her are fierce. The two men prove they are more than up to the task of satisfying Annie’s hunger.
Jessie and Grant know Annie thinks their relationship is only temporary. They’re willing to give her plenty of loving and plenty of time to heal from the past and get used to their unique brand of happy-ever-after.
But the past— in the form of Annie’s ex-con brother-in-law comes back to haunt her, and she’s thrown into a deadly game of cat and mouse. She didn’t know about the jewel heist, or that her deceased husband had a second, secret partner, or that her brother-in-law is out of prison and on his way to find her. He intends to claim more than just the stolen gems, but not if Jessie and Grant have anything to say about it.
2) The Lady Makes Three
Colorado ranch owner Maddy Dalton knows all about being in charge. For the last ten years every decision, every burden has rested squarely on her shoulders. Sure, she’s lonely, and longs to love and be loved, but she doesn’t see how she can take on a man without losing control of her ranch or her life.
Lucas Calhoun has been the foreman of the Rocking D for nearly half his life, and he’s had a soft spot for Maddy for nearly just as long. But he’s harboring a secret: images of sexy, rugged men turn him on, too. How can he make a move on Maddy when he doesn’t feel free to commit to her all the way?
Comfortable with his bi-sexuality, cowboy Chase Reynolds wants a home, but there’s a catch. His ideal scenario features a wife and a husband. Recognizing the suppressed longing in both Maddy and Lucas, Chase decides that bold action is needed. But it’s not without risk. Having loved and lost badly in the past, Chase is leery losing his heart.
Can these three people learn to find themselves, trust their hearts, and make a family? And can they survive the danger that threatens them all?
3) Wanton Wager
James and Jonathan Keller are identical twins who’ve always shared everything–clothing, a strawberry allergy, and the family businesses. They’re considered to be the area’s most eligible bachelors and plan on staying bachelors, too. If there’s one thing they don’t want it’s a pair of women coming between them. "It’s just a damn shame," James once mused, "that we couldn’t just share a wife, too."
Enter Tabitha Lambert, a no-nonsense agent for the Bureau of Land Management. Transplanted from DC after her divorce, she’s sent by her new boss to talk to the owners of the Farenough Ranch about wild horses. James and Jonathan are instantly attracted to the blonde haired blue-eyed beauty. They know the lovely Ms. Lambert could be the woman for them. All they have to do is figure out a way to get her to drop her defenses–and her panties–and throw her lot in with them.
When they discover she has a weakness for gambling, they lure her into making the bet of a lifetime. And they do their best to ensure that everyone comes out a winner–despite one ex-husband, one ambitious casino manager, and an enemy disguised as a friend.
4) Lily in Bloom:
A steamy, sultry summer night. A swimming pool bathed in moonlight. A lonely woman unexpectedly comes upon the forbidden sight of a naked, much younger man.
Years later, Lily Martin is haunted by the erotic dream of that one night. Divorced and newly returned to the scene of that vision, the last person she expects to come roaring down her laneway on a Harley is that same young man, now fully grown.
Ryan Kincaid never forgot his teenage crush on Lily Martin. Years and distance separated them, but Lily remained the one woman Ryan had craved but never tasted. Now she’s within reach, and he has every intention of feasting his fill.
Embarking on a sexual odyssey together, Ryan awakens passions Lily never suspected she had. But can his hot loving uncover the woman within and give her the courage to overcome the past and claim the future with him?
5) Made for Each Other:
When librarian Lesley Farmer meets builder Charlene McKinley, it’s hot at first sight. Pheromones flood common sense despite the fact that each is so obviously not the other’s type. He prefers women who are sophisticated, genteel, and ultra-feminine. She prefers men who are buff and don’t wear bowties. But when hormones take over, the two ravished and bemused opposites are left to see what they can build together.
Through a series of assumptions and misconceptions, it seems as if the unlikely pair will never get together. Maybe all they really shared was a one-night stand after all. Yet neither can stop thinking about the other. When fate puts them together one more time, they say to hell with dating and head straight to bed.
But can home-and-hearth-seeking Lesley convince commitment-shy Charlie that building a life together is inevitable because they are made for each other?
6) A Little R & R:
When widow Rebecca Scott finally takes the vacation of her dreams as a ‘dude’ at a Colorado ranch, she never expects to lasso the heart of sexy rancher Rafe Lassiter. Time away from home and routine is supposed to give Rebecca the jolt she needs to plan the rest of her life. It is not supposed to be for sly innuendos, steamy kisses or sensual discoveries.
Rafe has always avoided the dudes, focusing his attention, heart and soul, on his ranch. Suddenly he finds himself playing host to the most appealing woman he’s ever met. Before long, he yearns to corral Rebecca for good, but understands that taming this particular filly is going to require all the patience and skill he can muster.
Complicating his master plan are his brothers, her grown kids, and a secret hidden within the nearby Anasazi ruins.
